Maybe you cancelled the RTH inadvertently by pressing either Pause or RTH button. Don't you remember ?

Normally you should be able to see all the data until the loss of telemetry. I already had a crash with DL (my bad), and was able to find the root cause thanks to Airdata. I do not know other free ...
