Check Air Encoder Error

Michael Porritt

Hello everyone,

Just flew a mission yesterday with the new app update and received the following error message on the app screen when the drone was connected -

DJI_check_air_encoder_error_reason

Switching back to the DJI app there was no errors displayed on the screen so proceeded to fly the mission which went fine.

Tested the dronelink app agin this morning and the same error message appeared on the new modern app screen, however when switching to the classic app view there was no error...

Has this happened to anyone else at all, and is it a concern? Or is it just an glitch with the new app version on the modern setting?

I am flying a Phantom 4 Pro v2...

Cheers,

Michael

The errors on the UI come straight from the DJI SDK, which is why we added the hide icon next to each message. If you know the error is incorrect, you can just ignore / hide it now. We are considering adding a "permanently hide" option but wanted to roll this out in phases.
