The always crashes and no video feed

Im having a very hard time using your app, i am not very satisfied first the app always crash and if i finally got to the app no video is showing, i tried unistalling and installing, restarting my phone, force stoping dji app, installing the beta version and still same results... im feeling hopeless.. i paid much to this app Please help Im using Samsung galaxy a53 5g My drone is Mavic air 2

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. If you would like to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Did you install Dronelink from the Google Play store or direct APK download?
    2. Does Dronelink always crash when you open it or just sometimes?
    3. Can you try a different cable?
    4. Can you try a different device (just to prove it is device specific)?

    Can you try a different cable?
    -i dont have other cable
    Can you try a different device (just to prove it is device specific)?
    I tried my old Samsung a50s
    Same result

    Which version do you currently have installed? DL 4.0.0 from Google Play?

    Does Dronelink always crash when you open it or just sometimes?

    Sometimes,

    Does it crash immediately upon opening, or after awhile? If after awhile, what are the steps? Are you logged in? Is there a specific error message?

    no video feed

    Is the drone showing connected in the app at all, you just see no video feed, or does it say disconnected? The most common reason for either case is a bad cable or not granting all permissions.

    I was able to use the app on my first flight i was able to capture images using mapping, i tried it even though there is no video feed on the screen, i just flew the drone with in line of sight

    The version that im using is 4.0.0 dronelink

    Android version of A53 5g- android 12

    A50s android 11

    When it crashes it shows "dronelink closed because this app has bug"

    No video feed

    I granted all permissions

    Did you make sure that no other apps are running in the background that are connected to the drone at the same time?
