Follow mode and no fly

Hello,

I have a air 2s. We use this drone on our cable like a "cablecam" during music lives.

The "follow me" mode is active even if the drone does not fly? This mode tracks my phone.

With the "follow mode" we can control the rotation of the nacelle ?
