Setting up Mission Defaults Globally (Rather than having to reassign them for each mission)

Daniel Snyder

Setting up Mission Defaults Globally, rather than having to reassign them for each mission, would be a big time saver.

Is this currently possible or could it be an added feature in a future release?

How do you mean, if you mean regularly used things like camera settings, then yes you can save these in a list component which you'd just add to your mission at the start, you can even use a plan as a template for use anywhere just by changing its location

I’m Curious. Which defaults which would save a huge amount of time ? Other then what Martin stated which already exists.

If you want a list of commands, you can do what Martin says. If you want defaults for the plan settings, just create a blank mission plan and set the settings you want, and always copy that plan when you want to create a new one.

I would like to have it remember I am flying an Air2S and a half dozen other things (Max Altitude, Camera settings, etc.).  So maybe the only way is to created templates and components?   Thanks.

PS - this is a great application.  Lovin it.
