login issue in mobile app with IOS
hi all, i meet a problem about login in IOS mobile.
i try to login the account in Android mobile and it sucess.
However, when it switch to the IOS mobile, it fail and said network error.
Both mobiles conntect to the same wifi network, so it may not the problems of local network.
Could you have a check with the service? thank you.

We are not currently experiencing any issues. Is there any difference in the network configuration of your device, such as the iOS device using a VPN or firewall? What is the exact error message?
