Upload to Pix4d files missing

I am trying to upload my most recent mission from dronelink to Pix4d cloud. When I get to the section where I select the files, all 21 files from my mission show up, but in red is says "missing" next to each file and I can't upload them.

Did you drag the files in from your SD card?
