smartcontroller not showing map and cant choose facade

wel i installed dronelink on my smartcontroller using playstore.

now i noticed that it doesnt show the map and i cant choose facade and if i want to create a new its just doesnt do nothing just that loading symbol....keeps on that.

 

i bought this program last month but i didnt used it after 2 attemps because i find it hard to find some instructions or understanding how to use it from a to z even with the videoclips i still have so many questions
