proper white balance in landscape shots
I'm shooting landscape without any white with Air 2. Can I shoot a still of a color passport or similar reference at the same time with the same lighting and in post, color balance it and match video to it to get proper color balance on video? Thanks

If your drone supports raw photos then the best option would be to shoot in raw - you can then adjust the white balance in post to anything you like.
Thanks Barry, I was looking for a way to get a white target into footage that doesn't have any white in order to correctly balance it. Or maybe include white target in video somewhere.
That's tough. You could put a target on the ground and take a picture before you lift off, but there's no guarantee that will be the right WB once in the air.
Best bet - shoot raw and then adjust the color temp during import. RAW photos don't have any assumption about WB unlike JPEG where it is baked into the image. It's actually a life saver - I once shot a warehouse inside and out and forgot to change the WB from Tungsten to sunny when I was outside. Fortunately, it was all stills and everything was in RAW so I was able to just make the change during editing (phew!)
