Add support for de-googled Android smartphones
Dear Dronelink devs/support team,
Please add support for de-googled Android devices.
I'm trying to use your app on my de-googled Android device. Your subscription model makes Dronelink preferable because it can be downloaded directly from your website and not from the Google Play Store. I also like that you manage payments independently from the Google and I do not have to pay through the Google Play Store. However, because Dronelink app heavily uses Google data collection services, on the app start I'm having issues with the "splash/front" screen. I can see the map only. It seems like map overlays menu and other user input elements of the app or makes them invisible. If you will be able to fix this behavior somehow, I think that your app might work on de-googled Android devices too.
In the meantime, "dashboard" opens when I randomly tap at the screen. I can also go to "community". Seems like elements on the screen are present and their listeners are bound, they just not visible.
I use https://e.foundation/e-os/, but same behavior was also observed on https://arrowos.net with MicroG. If you will be able to make your app working with no connection to Google data collection services and publish it on F-Droid or similar repos, I think that you might reach out DJI users who values their privacy.

Interesting idea but probably never going to happen. The Dronelink backend is built on Google Cloud and the frontend is built with Google Flutter, so this “feature request” is essentially: rewrite the entire app.
