Hello. In Android 11 tablet Lenovo TAB P11Pro. The app close/crash or shows a "loading" message in 3d preview. I Also try diferent web browsers. Firefox, Chrome, opera and edge. But the same issue happened. reset the tablet, "reset" System web View, desktop mode in web browsers, delete caché data, etc. No Solution found. Thank you.

Same here - Nokia G50 Android with plenty of memory free. Clicking 3D preview causes App to crash instantly.

I'm quite not Happy cause I purchased Premium (or Was it Elite) hobbyist version for $50.

My planned locations are quite far away so Preview 3D would Be extremely valuable for me.

    Hi Jim.

do you have any tips to capture data on android that can be used to study the problem?.

Can you try to open the mission planner in a browser outside the app and do the 3d preview there.

I've upgraded my Android tablet and have run into the same issue. The Dronelink app crashes when I try a 3d preview and when I try a preview in a browser (Chrome or Firefox) the map and preview are just blank although the map does show waypoints and drone location. Nervous to fly with the app crashing like this.
Tried at different resolutions but just can't get it working. Don't want to send the new tablet back but one of the reasons I upgraded was to run Dronelink.
Is there anything I can try or logs I can supply? Please help

The mission preview not working for whatever reason has nothing to do with the Mobile app to run the actual missions. Have you actually ran a mission ? What model tablet are you using ?

Haven't used the new tablet (Honor X8a) to fly a mission yet, just wanted to see a preview either on the app or browser on the tablet beforehand

You can use PC or Laptop as well. I understand you want to preview it on your Tablet but it’s more than likely something with that particular device which is having the issue. There are so many different manufactures, models and operating versions which use the Android OS and some just have issues. If it’s not working using the Firefox browser as well then I’d look into the browser settings. As DL has mentioned, they are not having the issues indicated here using their Android devices.

NP I understand, it works fine from PC and others. Curiously the KML exported from the tablet doesn't include the flight preview in GoogleEarth either but it's not an issue at all anyway thanks for the support Mike 👍

If you open the web app from a browser on the tablet is it able to generate the 3d preview fine?

There should be no difference between the KML export on the web vs the mobile app as the mobile app is just using an embedded web browser to display the web app.

I wasn't able to reproduce this. What browser are you using?

On the tablet from either Firefox or Chrome it doesn't get that far and displays a blank preview without the option to export.... the mobile app gets further and exports the kml missing flight preview just the route

Maybe it's something in your specific mission plan. Can you share it?

The same mission (and others) export perfectly into GoogleEarth from both laptop and mobile just not from the new tablet.

I'll simply use my mobile or laptop to preview it if needed as a workaround, so it really isn't a big issue for me as I'm sure I can still use the tablet to fly the mission with its larger display.

    Thanks anyway
