Drone mapping

Antony Kuo

Hi, I was wondering if there is an option for the drone to stop between each picture during mapping flights because my drone doesn't have a mechanical shutter. Also, what is the difference between a normal pattern and a grid pattern? Thank you.

I believe you would need either a Growth or Enterprise business plan which has advanced mapping with capture speed. Also has other functions like Facades and Inspections. A Grid pattern is like any grid with both horizontal and vertical paths. This way it will take more photos for coverage of the area. Normal is just either of those.

Here is a link which you can compare.

Capture speed at 0.1 will bring it to a near stop, full stop requires converting to Inspection component.

wouldn't setting it to 0.1 make the flight really long?

What does taking more photos per area do?

Also setting capture speed is only for business plans
