Hi I assumed the mapping feature was available in my package but can not afford to upgrade please could I get a refund

Need to consider It’s a one time fee. That means it will not go up in price and there is no monthly fee. Price comparison page indicates which plan has mapping. I’m sure DL will respond to your request though. Good luck.
