Legacy hobbyist account to Elite?
I've looked at my account which is a hobbyist account set up before the current tiers (on 10 Aug 2020).
My understanding was that these accounts were transitioned to 'Hobbyist Elite' - and I'm pretty sure that used to be the status of my account, but when I log in today it seems to have changed to the basic account - I don't see any options to upgrade, only sign up at the initial rate. I'm not sure if I've missed something or what the path is to enable some of these features on my account.

You can always see which features your plan has:
In your case, the system does not offer an automatic upgrade path from the Hobbyist plan to the current Elite plan because the current Elite place does not have some features that your Hobbyist plan has. If you want to upgrade anyway (and lost access to some of these features while gaining access to others), please email support@dronelink.com for more details.
