This is the original file.

Other posts suggest Save To My Places in Google Earth which created this file.

Still get error. Any suggestions. Thanks

The importer doesn't support folders (moving this thread to feature requests). For now, just move the CC polygon out of the folder before saving it to a kmz file by itself:
