No, but you can plan, then fly, a mission taking photos along the way and very easily import them into WebODM. I do it often, even today I added a new map. (From WebODM you can also put into QGIS, GRASS, or other program also.)
You didn't ask, but it doesn't do 360° photo stitching either.
I should have added, check the license info carefully to make sure you get what you need to do what you want! You need to make sure what you get has the mapping capability.
