images quality

Good afternoon.
Today I made a planned flight with my Mavic Air 2 drone. It was set to shoot at 48 MP but the images taken are all at 12 MP.
What is the way to tell the team to take in 48 MP?
Thank you

Set “camera photo type” to high resolution.

But that feature is only available for these plans: Growth | Enterprise, not for Elite plan.

Then, I think I bought the wrong plan!

If your asking about mapping then yes, you’ll need one of those plans. Otherwise the MA2 does shoot 48MP photos with a path or orbit.

    Thanks, Mike.
Yes, I do mean maps. However, I have made maps with another application and with 12 MP and they have turned out well. I don't know what happened to this flight with Dronelink. The first with this app!

You said it took 12MP with DL. What problem did you have ?

I made the flight plan with DL. It was a flight to a height of 40 m to make a photo mosaic. I set an overlap of 85 and 80% front and side respectively to get more information when building the mosaic.
I also established a grid flight for the same reason.
The drone took 12 MP photos that have good definition. However the mosaic I got (I use ODM for image processing) was of very low quality.
I think it must be because DL established that very few images be obtained to achieve a quality mosaic.
I can't find any other reason.

    What do you think?

Honestly I don’t due much with maps. There are several in this Forum that do though and I’m sure they can help much more. Barry Houldsworth and others are very good doing mapping so one of them may be able to help. Good luck and enjoy. 😁

    Hi Ramon Bentancourt

When processing with ODM, by default it resizes the photos to make them easier to handle.  Did you tell it not do to that?  If not, I would suggest starting with turning that off.  A 12mp photo that has been downsized will likely not be of good quality.

If that isn't it, perhaps you could drop the photos into a drop box somewhere and I can take a look to see if I can figure out what the problem is.

    Hi Barry.
Thank you very much for your concern.
I'm not much of an ODM expert but I didn't enable "fast orthomosaic" if you meant that feature.
Of course I'm interested in you taking a look at them. I usually use Wetransfer or else through Dropbox, I can share a folder with you. As you prefer.
I tell you about the images. They correspond to an area of about 2000 m2 and 94 photographs were taken.
Tell me what other information you need for me to send you.
    Thanks and regards.
