For one, Drone Harmony is using 12 m/s (43.2 kp/h) while Drone Link is calculating an overall speed of 30 km/h.
I believe that DL calculates slowing down for turns, and other factors so even though it is SET for 54 km/h it cannot attain that in real life. (Even if your drone can do it on a straight line, full throttle.) I do not know how DH does it's calculations. May be just distance divided by planned speed, which *is* realistic.
Also the course in DL ends up 3.7 km, versus 3067 meters in DH, maybe not much, but if I calculated correctly, that can account for 17% difference alone.
Several settings which you can change which will change the estimated time. It’s only an estimate, not exact. Faster speed doesn’t equate to better especially if you want sharp, clear photos. I tried DH not too long ago just to see how it worked and I didn’t like it. Seemed limited to me. Too each their own tho. Good luck and Enjoy….

EDIT *isn't*
