Urgent: Account Login Issue - Firebase Internal Error

Hello Dronelink Support,My account (fredynataindra@gmail.com) is an old account that suddenly cannot log in. I keep getting the error message: "Firebase: Error (auth/internal-error-encountered)".I have already tried resetting my password, changing browsers, and switching internet networks, but the error still persists.Could you please check my account status on your backend and reset it if there is any database discrepancy?Thank you.

Hi Fredy. Dronelink staff may need to assist you with this. However, a couple of things to check. Are you using a VPN. If so disable it. This is usually due to a network issue. Also which specific browser are you using. If this doesn’t help then DL staff will assist further.
