Minimum safe altitude at specific area?
I would like to take a map of specific area? How can I set minimum altitude do not reach building or tree? Can we get the highest point in specific area?

If you know how tall the trees/buildings are you can select terrain follow in the mapping feature.
Or you can add a restriction zone around a specific object to tell it to go around that.
The OP didn't say, but should note that to use "terrain follow" you need a business plan.
Mapping also requires the "Elite" hobbyist" plan. (or would be included in a business plan)

You're asking how to find out how tall things are in an area? At the moment there is nothing that will do that for you, and anything you did have would be outdated immediately because trees grow.
Sectional maps give the height of tall structures, but that is about it.
One thing you could try is to build your own.
Fly a map at an altitude that is above what the tallest things should be at - say 250ft or 300ft. Then any of the good map processing tools (WebODM, Maps Made Easy, Dronedeploy, etc.) have a feature that shows altitude relative to take off. It is very simple:
1. Fly manually and record the flight => Review the flight
With DJI Fly app, it is very easy to review the alt of the flights.
2. Just fly at the highest altitude that you are permitted
Knowing the height of any objects and obstacles are pilots responsibility. No different then any hills, mountains, valleys etc. As Ray stated, fly drone manually and note the height of tress, buildings etc. That’s all part of flying and setting up a mission. Then set to an altitude which will clear anything. There is no way change the altitude at a specific location/ area.
