Can you uninstall the app and reinstall it from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HWcZXT-kuNrLBnwfxVoMe-IH-VbFYm1o/view?usp=drive_link

es lo mismo, se siguen cerrando
Use a browser like Firefox to create and edit the plans which will work much better for several reasons. The built-in mission planner is convenient but it can have issues especially with some Android OS devices. Also you can use any PC, Laptop or any larger screen device which makes it much easier to create the plans then with a very small screen. Use the Mobile app just for flying the missions.
Se cierra hasta en la misión, se cierra en cualquier momento, no pasa más de 1 minuto y se cierra, antes de la versión 5.3.4 funcionaba perfecto, me podrian pasar versiones anteriores?
Thanks for the video, that helps. I need two more things from you to find the cause, because this crash is not reaching our crash reporting at all.
1. A quick test
- Open Dronelink DJI and stay on the home screen. Do not open any plan. Wait 2 minutes. Does the app close?
- Then open a plan and wait. Roughly how many seconds until it closes? Does the app freeze first and stop responding, or does it disappear at once? Does any message appear on the screen when it closes?
- Was the remote controller connected to the phone when it closed?
2. A bug report from the phone, taken right after a crash
- Settings > About phone > tap "OS version" 7 times until it says you are a developer.
- Settings > Additional settings > Developer options > turn it on.
- Open Dronelink DJI and make it crash again.
- Right away, go back to Developer options > Bug report > Full report > Report.
- After 1 or 2 minutes a notification says the bug report is ready. Tap it and save the ZIP file to Google Drive or similar, then reply here with a share link.
The bug report contains the crash log from Android that our app cannot send by itself. If you have a computer with ADB, the output of "adb logcat -b crash" after a crash works too.
About older versions: our analytics show 5.3.3 stopped the same way on your phone, so an older version is unlikely to help. The log is the fastest way to a real fix.
