Utilizo a versão baixada direto do site da dronelink para dji mini 4 pro
Porem, ao abrir o app no celular, fica aberto por alguns segundos e fecha repentinamente e da um aviso de "bug no app"
o que fazer? como atualizar a versao?

I’m using the version downloaded directly from the Dronelink website for the DJI Mini 4 Pro.
However, when I open the app on my phone, it stays open for a few seconds and then suddenly closes, showing a “bug in the app” warning.
What should I do? How can I update the app to the latest version?

I am having the same issue on my Samsung S25 and Galaxy Tab A9. This started happening after upgrading to 5.3.3 Kernel 5.3.1.
App opens and closes without warning randomly. Could be mid flight or just after I have opened the app. I have cleared the cashe, cleared the data and even re-installed the app after a fresh download to confirm I have the right version for the DJI mini 3 pro. Same problem.
Can you uninstal Dronelink, re-download the 5.3.3. APK, and the re-install it and let me know if it still happens?
Hi Jim
So, what I have done was to first clear the cashed data. Then cleared the program data. I then uninstalled the app and checked that the dronelink folder and files (that I am aware of) was removed.
I then downloaded the app making sure I selected the MINI3 pro from the list and re-installed the app. Unfortunately I experienced the same issue.
I the meantime I have payed a bit to try and see exactly where it crashes and it seems to be more prone if you have opened a flight plan / mission.
Is there log file or a memory dump that i can provide you with that would assist you in diagnosing this issue with the latest release?
Hi Jin, I did exactly the same thing that Lood Birk did, but the problem still persists.
I tested it on two different devices:
The bug occurred in exactly the same way on both devices.
Found it — the detail about it getting worse after opening a flight plan was the key. The app is running out of memory: when the mission list opens, it currently loads the full contents of your 250 most recent missions in one shot, and for accounts with a lot of mission history that single payload is 15+ MB before it even reaches the screen — enough to blow past Android's per-app memory limit. That's also why uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help: the first time the list opens, it re-downloads everything.
I'm preparing a new build that loads the list in much smaller pages and raises the app's memory ceiling. I'll post it at the same download link and follow up here when it's up — no logs needed at this point, the crash reports gave us everything we needed.
André — one optional thing, since the Galaxy S23 reports crashes differently: if it happens again on that device and you're comfortable with adb, the output of
adb logcat -b crash -dright afterward would confirm it's the same memory issue there.Hey, that is AWESOME news! Well done Jim 😁
Looking forward to the update!

Downloading now. Will get back to you shortly.
Hi Jim
It was better, but it still is crashing or it gives me a window saying they app has frozen wait/close.
What I have done.
Uninstalled app and installed Beta. Opened app and log in. Opened the flight plan and it does the estimating and then I can see the flight path. However, zooming in and out makes the app "sticky" and then I either get the wait/close window or the app just closes.
I then tried a smaller flight plan thinking it could be the flight plan size. It zoomed in and out better, but the app was still sticky and lasted a bit longer but in the end it also closed on me.
One thing I noticed is if I zoom in and out a lot it seems to do the trick every time. No matter the flight plan size.
Hope this helps.
Can you share the plan?
Sure. I would prefer not to post it on a public form. How can I DM /send it to you?

Hi Jim. Sent the mail.
And, thank you for assisting so quickly.
Found the second one. The map renderer was leaking a small system resource on every rendered frame. Zooming renders frames as fast as the device can draw, so zooming hard burned through the limit fastest — plan size only changed the starting point, which is exactly what you saw. When the limit ran out, the app either froze (the wait/close dialog) or was killed outright. The memory fix in the previous build was real, but this was hiding underneath it.
I've replaced the build at the same download link — it reports the same version (5.3.4, build 322), so just download it again and install straight over the top; no need to uninstall, your login will survive. If you have patience for one more round: open your largest plan and zoom in and out as hard as you can, longer than it ever survived before. It should stay smooth indefinitely.
André — same fix applies to both your devices; the leak wasn't device-specific, the S23 just reported its death differently.
Hi Jim
I had to chuckle at your reply. I will zoom in and out to my hearts content and try to make it crash 🤣
Please give me a moment to download and test. I will respond in a bit.

OK. Mr Jim, you are a steely eyed missile man! No crashes so far.
So what did I do to test.
First I opened the smallest flight plan and zoomed to the flea's feet and zoomed out till I was standing on the moon. I zoomed in and out to my heart's content and no crashes. I then opened other flight plans, including the biggest I have, and did the same. I had one warning (wait/close), but I think it was the tablet's little processor just not keeping up, that I can understand, but no crashes.
I closed the app and opened it again and did the same. No crashes.
Next step is I want to do a test flight to confirm there is no crashes in flight. Sadly it is a bit stormy outside at the moment at my location, so I will do a test in the morning and give feedback. I also want to test it on my other device to confirm I have the same results.
Thank you so much!
