Need to Change Member of a Team

Hello,

My company's team has the maximum number of members for the account (4). One of the members has left and I want to replace him on the team. I found the members dialog box but can't find how to remove a member. Michael Bauer is the main account holder.

    There should be a trash can icon on the member you want to remove.
