Control speed between components with the sticks

When transitioning between components - e.g. different panos taken at locations around a site, or moving from the end of a map to the beginning of a video component, it would be great to be able to control the speed using the sticks.

I have a regular job where the missions were set up by the client so I can't adjust the mission, but they have set the speed to 10mph.  It's a large site so a lot of time is wasted waiting for transitions.

I often get around this by pausing the mission, flying manually to the next point, and then restarting, but it would be so much easier to just push forward on the stick.

It should be noted that 10mph is the airspeed which is ideal for maximizing the drone's range.

DL-DJI mini 3 I think that is going to be very drone specific and, TBH, I highly doubt that the increase in range would make up for the time lost

Sometimes changing a battery can also take time

This particular mission takes 9 batteries most times.  If it were enough to actually skip a battery swap it might make a difference, otherwise I'd prefer to move faster.  Plus I'm not asking for it to go faster - I'm asking for the ability to make it go faster.

    It’s a feature request.

Flipping the switch to sport mode, hauling ass over there and then hitting play seems pretty easy.

That's what I have been doing.  But it would be easier to just push forward on the stick 😊

Isn’t sport mode way faster though?

I don't do it in sport mode.  With the M3E it will go up to 33mph in standard mode and with collision avoidance still working, which is fast enough.

And if you have to fly it manually half the time you are never 100% accurate on the direction and have to make small adjustments on the way over.
