I would like to confirm if the DJI Mini 3 Pro drone is compatible with Dronelink? iPhone version.
And also the DJI Mini 5 Pro (I'm planning to upgrade soon).

Short answer - no to both.
DJI has not released the SDK for any iOS device for many years. Nothing the Dronelink team can do about that. The SDK might come out for the 5 (it has not yet) but if it does it's pretty much guaranteed that it will not support iOS.
