Take picture along the interval at 90 degree (top down)
I have an Elite account and I would to do mapping but not for an area but along the path. The reason is because my city has a flower field and I would like to take a picture at interval like every 2 seconds as it points down and take picture. It is like mapping but I do not want to take an entire area, just as the fly through.
Is there anyway to do it? Thanks

As always there can be several ways to accomplish this and pilots have their own way of creating their plans. I like using paths with markers for more control. Create a straight path and add achieved component at the destination with photo intervals and gimbal pitch. Also could use a straight path and instead add a marker on the path with a command component with photo intervals and pitch. All depends on your preference. Here is one way to set it up.

Thanks, I give it a shot. Last time I did it, an error message pop up.
🤙🏼 If an error pops up again try to take a screen capture of the error.
A great way to do this would be to convert a path to an inspection. That way the drone stops at each point, takes a photo and then moves on, which allows for things like AEB photos (better for colors and exposure). Sadly, I don't think inspection is available in the elite subscription.
@Barry Huldsworth, Inspection? I am just trying to do what mapping does but in a path.
I want to try to use Business but I am afraid of the cost. the feature in there sounds neat but also too advanced maybe. I mean I am only a DJI Mini Mavic 2 user who flew for fun and maybe some giggles by looking at orthomosiac. I took Elite because I do not want to miss out any easy to use feature.
@Mike These are the error. Sorry, I am really new to DroneLink.
And also my second try
I use inspection when I want to take AEB photos instead of regular ones. AEB takes 3 or 5 photos with different exposure and you can then blend them later to get one great photo, but if the drone is still moving, that causes problems. The Inspection mode stops the drone before each photo is taken. That might not be what you want, but it works great for me. :)
Thanks Barry. The other way is to do it manually. Sigh, it sucks that we cannot put the KMZ/KML file so we know how the drone would fly (follow the path). A little guidance could go a long way.
I’m not sure if this is what your asking. Mission preview shows how the mission will fly. You can also download the KMZ file there and run on Google Earth which gives you a much better look at what it will actually look like. Maybe I’m misunderstanding the question though.
Can you share the plan ? Maybe something in there that is causing the issue. The Yaw follow command you have may be one issue. Camera commands must be in proper order and/ or correctly placed in the plan or else they won’t work.
Mike beat me to it - with the Elite plan you can absolutely export to Google Earth as a KMZ file and see how it will fly.
FWIW, TarzanEng, I primarily use Dronelink for photography and pre-planning the specific shots I want. Simulated Drone, Destination, and Heading are key components to this process and may be useful for you to know and use if you have not discovered. When planning a mission, just right-click on the map and select Simulated Drone. From there you can create/preview the specific shot you want and when satisfied with the current view which includes altitude, heading and pitch - select the + button in the Simulated Drone window and add a New Destination and Heading. The Destination component will set the altitude and the Heading component will take care of the desired heading and pitch automatically. All you have to do is add an Achieve component to the Heading to include your Start Capture command. You can do this as many times as needed to create a series of Destinations/Headings to get all the shots you want. Mission Preview will validate your shots and as Mike and Barry highlighted, you can export to Google Earth for further validation.
