Unjust Account Cancellation
I hope this message finds you well.
I have been a Dronelink user since 2022. At that time, there were different membership options available, and I chose a one-time payment offer for a lifetime expert plan that included full access to all features.
Today, I logged into the platform to review some flight data, and I noticed that my subscription appears to have been canceled. Additionally, all of my user data seems to have been deleted. I find it unfair that changes to the current pricing plans are now negatively affecting me, especially given the terms under which I originally subscribed.
I kindly request clarification regarding this situation.
