waypoint missions not appearing

I am having trouble with waypoint missions not showing up on my controller. I follow the instructions in the web-based app to convert Dronelink missions to DJI waypoints. I have even used dronelinkbridge as suggested and it creates files that I can see in File Explorer on my desktop, but they don't appear in DJI Fly., What am I doing wrong?
