How do I upgrade from Mapper?
I would like to use features in the elite plan, but there is no upgrade option.

We don't allow upgrades from Mapper to Elite because one allows business use and the other does not, and there is not 100% overlap between the Elite and Mapper features.
To be clear, would I need to re-purchase the new plan for full-price without a 'credit' from the previous purchase being applied to the new one?
