Custom RTK not working in Dronelink, but I have no issues in the DJI app
I have a no problem connecting my RTK to my M4E in the DJI app, I have been using for months. I can not get it to work in the dronelink app. Yes I force stop the DJI app.

what's the issue you're seeing? Are you inputing the custom RTK details in the correct fields in the Dronelink app? The settings in the Pilot app do not carry over to our app, FYI.
I am having at least a similar issue: I am mapping a construction site and need cm-accuracy. I use DroneLink and DJI Pilot2 on a Matrice 4E (Same Drone, same site, same NTRIP, each application is used exclusively with the other closed, same flight plan created in DroneLink web app and converted to kmz). I use the same phone's hotspot for both. DJI Pilot completes the mission successfully while DroneLink companion app very quickly just stops the mission with "RTK positioning solution unacceptable. Single point". I force the RTK to reconnect to the server, but it mostly gets stuck trying to log back in (ii rarely managed to restore the connection). Besides the issue that my mission never completes with RTK, the drone hovering waiting for the connection to be restored just depletes all my batteries, which kills all my chances at a point. I know that DJI Pilot app is more flexible on the NTRIP connection loss (while keeping an acceptable accuracy). I've looked the DroneLink app settings to find some option that loosens this NTRIP connection requirement, and did not find any. I definitely need RTK and NTRIP for now (distance and stockpile measurements) and with the DroneLink app (and my current conditions) it is simply not allowing my mapping mission de finish. How can I fix this or at least work around it?
