Follow uses your devices GPS info - are you sure that:
a. Your device is fast enough - a low power device causes a lot of problems in follow mode
b. That you have given Dronelink full access to

Hi Stef. Once the mission starts you can adjust the gimbal pitch. I don’t have that particular drone but I just tried with my MA2 and having no issues. When you start the mission sometimes the gimbal will adjust automatically but you can set the gimbal pitch manually. Also make sure you set the distance at a bare minimum of 30’ as indicated at the beginning of the setup. If it’s too close and/ or too high in altitude it can do wonky things and may not work correctly. Other than what Barry has mentioned it should work. The mass majority of time when there are problems using follow mode it’s something to do with the setup or possibly the device as Barry mentioned. Try again and advise if you can get it to work.
