Convert to KMZ not working

I am trying to convert a mission to KMZ so that I can export and use with my mavic 3 Classic.

The issue is that it seems to be cycling and each time and first convert, choose the distance between waypoints and then I go to export and I get the popup again that in order to export I first need to convert to KMZ. I've done that a few times but don't get anywhere

And I couldn't find a way to contact Dronelink

Any help??

Hi Mark. I believe it’s due to you trying to convert from what looks like a saved component you created. Create a new map then convert it into a DJI Waypoints plan, then export KMZ. I just tried and I’m having no issues.

I made a new map and tried it again. Nothing is happening when I hit convert

Need to reduce the size of the mapping component. DJI Waypoints has a lot of limitations compared to the DL app so conversions especially with larger maps won’t work. You will probably be ok with a 50 acre or so size.

Also you can set the camera so the overlaps are correct to the Mavic 3E wide which should be the same 4/3 sensor as the Mavic 3 Classic. Hope that helps.
