Hi there..

a) i don't think it should be this complex to email you and ask a question about accounts

b) I have a dji air 3s and it appears I only need the lowest level of hobbyist account to create flight paths, but then when I try to export / convert (as air 3s only has onboard flight) it keeps asking me to upgrade my membership to elite?

Please explain

You can create a path but to export it you need onboard waypoints and that is in the elite tier.

Yes... I can now see that... perhaps a little misleading in the wording as at the top of the compare plans it clearly shows the DJI Air Series as being supported across all three tiers (yet they clearly state in documentation that Air 3S can only use onboard waypoints). So really, the two lower tiers don't allow you to use Dronelink with the Air 3S at all...?
