As long as we're on the subject, would it help to also include versioning or build numbers; e.g., [DL_app v2.67 b20220313], [DL_web v5.01 b20220313]? Is that level of detail discoverable by the user and would it help when providing feedback?

No, but they are already sorted date descending with section headers that indicate the timeframe.
That's not what I'm seeing. For example doing a search for "order search results":

Versions are in each of the apps. Click on the three lines at top (hamburger button) as they call it and scroll down. Yes, It could help.
