I have a premium plan and it does not recognize the Air 2S drone.
A few days ago, I tried to fly my Air 2S drone using my Premium plan, but I was unable to do so because a message appeared on the screen stating that I needed to upgrade my current plan. Could you please confirm if the conditions of the Premium plan have changed or if there is an issue with my account?

It sounds like you have the wrong flavor of the app installed for your remote controller. Did you follow the instructions on the download page?
Thank you very much, Mr. McAndrew. I reinstalled the Dronelink app, and now it recognized the DJI Air 2S drone.
