Problem with the app

I have lost two drones that were working perfectly fine on the DJI app and had each one fly away both times using the drone link app.  How do I go about using this program again and know I'm not going to loose another one?

    Flyways are just not things that happen these days, except in very rare circumstances such as a hardware failure.

    Since the whole point of Dronelink is to automate flights, the most likely scenario is that you setup a mission that did exactly what you told it to and the problem is not with the app.  But, without details, it's impossible to say.

    Some suggestions:

    1. The app keeps logs of all flights, and you can also upload them to Airdata to help analyze what happened.  
    2. Use the share feature to post a link to your mission so that others can help you identify where it went wrong.
