"Error Performing Flight" while executing onboard DJI waypoints for Mini 4 Pro

Hello, 

I'm a new DroneLink user and was hoping to convert a mapping mission to onboard waypoints in DJI Fly to utilize my Mini 4 Pro. I have a Mini 3 with an RC-N1 that works fine with a Samsung Galaxy A16 with Dronelink but I wanted to run the same mission with the Mini 4 Pro and RC Pro instead. 

I have followed the instructions, and watched the videos, I've renamed the KMZ to the destination folder and every time I load the waypoint mission and try to execute it I get the following error "Error performing flight. Waypoint flight suspended" I have tried everything, different plans with fewer waypoints, double checking the file names, disabling obstacle avoidance, changing the altitudes, adding a waypoint at the start and end in DJI Fly, and I still get the same error. I even got out my window laptop and used Microsoft Edge and transferred the files and still no luck. I've exhausted every option I can think of and hope someone here can point me in the right direction.
