Photos rotated the further it flew in Timed Interval mapping - using P4P V1
I flew a mission today using timed interval shooting. I have had this happen in the past using other apps, but today it seemed particularly bad. Every path started square and the further it flew the more it rotated.
So I switched to a different app and it flew without rotating at all. The DroneLink plan was flying North/South while the other app flew East/West and it was using distance interval and not timed interval.
This link is to one row of photos so you can see how they are rotating. Anyone know what causes this?

This is a bug in the DJI SDK with the P4 and virtual stick. If you upload waypoints it doesn’t happen, correct?
I did change convert the mission to waypoints and begin to fly it again. It also rotated. This is my older V1 P4P. When I flew with the other app the direction was East West and there was zero rotation in a waypoint mission. Today I will do a test in both directions to see if it only happens one way. Regardless I am going to replace both compasses and see if that corrects the problem. From what I have read that is the most likely cause.
I had actually made post several years ago on this and forgot about them until looking this up again. My V2 only does this a tiny bit. But yesterday the V1 was getting extreme on the rotation.
I will report back after it is returned and confirm if the rotation behavior is still present.
There are many reports of this over the last several years so I will first replace the compass and go from there.
Can you share the mission - just in case there is something obvious in there?
How many hours on the P4P? I've had several and found that either the PGS, compass or both have to be replaced usually around 300 hours of flight.
