I can't update my payment

My screen doesn't look like what is shown on how to update payment, so how do I update my payment method? I had to cancel my old card due to a fraud and I have a new one- the first pic here shows how I think I'm supposed to do it, and the second pic shows that I don't have the same option on mine.

    What plan do you have ? If it’s a Hobbyist plan then it is a one time payment and not needed.

    Mapper

    I'm trying to update the payment because Dronelink tried to charge for the payment and it failed- and I know my card is no good anymore so I need to update with a new card.

    Ok. If it was the older Mapper only plan it should have been a one time charge. Not sure why it’s asking for a payment update. I Don’t believe you can still purchase the mapper only plan. It’s not even listed in DL’s pricing. If so then Jim will need to assist. Good luck…

    That makes sense. But, I suppose also I'm worried about losing some work that I have in there. Regardless of the plan, I need to figure out how to update the payment or I won't be able to get any plan.

    It appears that you have a Mapper account (one time payment) and a Starter account (subscription. If you are wanting to reactivate the Starter subscription, navigate to that account and it will give you the option.

    I just need the mapper account. So in that case I don't need to do anything right now?
