Mavic 2 enterprise advanced
Hello,
I just purchased the M2EA and I will be completing Solar inspections. I see your software will support the M2EA, but I do have a question.
When your software "takes the picture" will it still capture the RGB and the Thermal on the SD card. I see you have the ability to do the RGB or the Thermal, but I don't want to fly the Solar array twice to get the RGB and the thermal.
In a perfect world does your software allow the viewing of the thermal camera while completing the mission and the drone would capture the RGB and the thermal photo each time a picture is taken as it normally does using the Pilot app.
Thank you and I look forward to purchasing the product if this is possible.

Hello Tim,
Thanks for reaching out.
Check out this article about Solar Farm Inspections and related features. And this one on the M2EA.
Both files types are captured, you can view both RGB and Thermal, and we have a variety of other features to make this workflow streamlined.
These features require a Growth plan.
Best,
Jacob
One more question. I have read all your posts and I'm learning the M2EA is giving developers a problem with having to manually set the camera direction at each line during a solar inspection.
If I set up a solar inspection running east to west "crab walk" and have the drone(camera) face north will Dronelink hold the northerly direction the entire mission.
Hello,
What was the followup question?
The unique feature we added to Dronelink is to enable users to control that "crab walk" functionality and keep the heading constant between rows.
