DJI KMZ export file locks up DJI RC 2

I purchased a Mavic 4 Pro.  I successfully converted a 155 waypoint file and copied it to the DJI RC2 controller.  It shows successfully in the menu after changing the filename, but after a few minutes, the controller locks up.  Any ideas why this is happening?

    I should add that it locks up when viewing the job without the drone connected.

    Can you share the original DL plan so someone can take a look at it and convert it themselves and turn export the KMZ into the Fly app to test.
