If you make any modification (for example, change the altitude slightly), does it download updated ground elevations for you?

We released a new version (3.3.0) that requires you do this on maps created before the update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
So with 3.3.0 the problem is solved?
No, right now you have to use the work-around: open each plan created before 3.3.0 and make a slight modification to foce it to download new ground elevations. We are still investigating if a fix is possiblie.

I urgently need to create mission with terrain follow mode, is it possible that it is not solvable? I have tried with previously created missions but it seems that it does not work. If I send you the area where I need to fly can you create it fly the mission with the terrain follow mode working?

This mission plan looks fine to me, although it is possible you might lose line of sight towards the end of the map.
