Subscription level

Jeff Ward

Hi Jim

I’ve been off the air for a year.  I started Dronelink a couple of times & updates came down during that time but no flying.

I came back to flying today to find my Hobbyist Elite  subscription has been down graded to the entry level.  See the mail trail below that clearly shows “elite” status.

Could you look into my subscription status & reinstate my account.

Thank you

Hello again .

I’m a bit red faced to have bothered you on this.

Just logged in again and see that I have been upgraded to Hobby Elite level.

Excellent service!

Thank you 😍

Hi DL
In the last few days I see you have changed your subscription levels and pricing.

Last week I purchased a $20 hobbyist subscription . I prefer the $40 Premium Hobby level and would have bought that originally if available.

It appears that I need to pay $40 to upgrade. Can you please credit back my initial $20 otherwise the Premium Hobby level will cost me $60 but a newbie this week will only pay $40.

Thanx
Jeff
