Mapping mission does not contininued when out of RC signal

Hello, dear DroneLink Support team. Thank you for such pretty and useful app.

Unfortunately, at my last flight DJI Mavic Air 2S drone suddenly stopped the mission when I unplugged an USB connection cable. When I was flying with other apps, such are DJI Pilot or UgCS, drone continue flying even if the remote controller is out of RC signal. With using dronelink I did not find such feature.

Please reply me if I can fly Dronelink mission out of RC signal or without a mobile device after the mission was already started?

Thank you, have a nice day!

Only drones which have onboard capability. The A2S does not have ability so you need a strong and clear connection to the drone at all times to work. Cannot unplug, close app etc…

Thank you for such pretty and useful app.

No problem - please post this as a review to the app store (iOS | Android)!

As Mike (Arizona Wyldwest) points out, the Air 2S does not support onboard waypoints, which is the same story for every other consumer drone that DJI has released since the Mavic 2 Pro.

such are DJI Pilot or UgCS, drone continue

If you are claiming that UgCS has found a way to upload waypoints to the Air2S, that is news to me. Or did you mean it behaved this way with a different drone?

This is possible in Dronelink if you convert your mission plan to DJI Waypoints, but of course it only works with compatible drones (see this video for more details).
