How to hide waypoint markers for repository layout??

Can anyone tell me if we can hide the waypoint markers?  I have two flights combined into a list that I will import into each flight.  I simply want to 1) Import the List, then rotate and/or resize it.   Due to the blue markers, It is very difficult to see and grab only the LIST handle to move it.  

If I can hide the waypoint markers then it would be much easier to move, rotate, etc.

    Click on the layers icon

    Then select which layers you want to see on the map
