48 Mpix Photogrammetry - Necessary Subscription

I am new to Dronelink. My primary reason for subscribing is to create 2D forestry maps. Detail is imperative and have been reviewing previous posts on the ability to capture 48Mpix using the Air 2(S) platforms. If I understand correctly, I would have to upgrade from my Elite subscription (Hobbyist) to a business plan to 'unlock' the 48Mpix capability. I'm wondering if someone can confirm my understanding? If a business plan is what I need, can it be accomplished at the Starter business plan? Appreciate any thoughts!

- Option A: Create a map and convert it to an inspection component
- Option B: Don't convert to inspection, but rather use the new settings we just released in 3.2.0:
