Any way to purchase just mapping?

As I remember correctly, not so long ago there was plan just for mapping. I know there are other plans currently, but is there any possibility to purchase just the mapping tool without any other 'additions' in a reasonable price? I love doing mapping and 3D modeling as a hobby, and spending so much money just for one function is no-go for me.

    If you want mapping for hobbyist use, you can purchase the Elite plan.
