Hybrid Active Track
Hello
Is it possible to Add Hybrid Tracking( Optical and Gps together)?
Also to have All angle tracking like Mavic3(back, front, left, right, etc.) Within Hybrid tracking?
I mean like Skydio 2 beacon tracking but with the remote control and mobile phone for DJI
I need it for Air 2S but if it is possible for all DJI drones.

Can you be more specific about what you want from this approach? Are you wanting it to use GPS for position and optical for drone yaw / gimbal pitch?
Follow mode already supports any arbitrary following angle.
I mean Visual tracking but when it loses the target then to go gps until it can find the target and after continue visual again. Like Skydio 2 tracking with the beacon. Also does APAS work in tracking and follow modes?
Even if we did try to implement this I think you would be disappointed as the Skydio will be 100x better at this task given the vertical integration they have with hardware and software, and the beefy AI processing chips they have onboard with a power system optimized to take advantage of that hardware. It sounds like you should just buy a Skydio and be done with it.
