Manual flying

David Busch

Noob question:

I am trying to fly an on-the-fly mission to mark some waypoints. I start a path mission and the drone says it's ready, but pulling down both sticks does not make it take off. What am I missing?

Thanks!

David

You may need to open DJI GO / Fly first and see if there is an error message or compass calibration warning for example.

The DJI app flys fine and Dronelink will fly planned missions.

This might be obvious but when you say you pull down on the sticks - I assume you mean you pull them both down and to the center - not straight down?

Done this with my MA2 or MM manually and it will always start the motors and run fine. As Barry stated, they must be pulled down and in to the inner corners, or it can also be down and to the outer corners.
