navigating to specified Lat Long coordinates
Can Dronelink be used to fly to a location point by entering latitude and longitude from an identified launch site? Why would one want to do that? In a search and rescue mission where a cell phone is pinged for its location I want to be able to quickly type in the coordinates and launch the drone in order to put "eyes" on scene. Then exited Dronelink while in the air and switch to regular DJI app to control the drone for the rest of the flight. Is this possible and if so under which function? THX Greg

You can use the Destination on-the-fly function in the app to do this in the field. If you are pre-planning the mission in the web, you can use the Destination component.
I have used the Destination on the fly function for this exact purpose and it worked as expected even when not having cell service. The biggest challenge is you have to pick an altitude and if the terrain changes, you will need to stop the on the fly, pick a new altitude and start again. It works well dynamically but something you will need to prepare to do and be comfortable with.
It would be helpful to be able to raise and lower the altitude and yaw the aircraft while heading to the destination but that is something not available (yet)
